Inspired by the jeweled egg objets of the late nineteenth century, the piece reimagines the ancient symbol of the egg — fertility, renewal and abundance — as a contemporary talisman.
Fifty-one natural gemstones — multi-colour rainbow sapphire, tsavorite, garnet and amethyst — are scattered across the surface like a constellation, wrapping the egg in shifting light and colour.
Created as a true one-off, the pendant belongs to a lineage of collectible jewels — small sculptural objects made for those drawn to symbolism, rarity and exceptional craftsmanship.
