Except for oxidized finishes, sterling silver may tarnish over time when exposed to air. Tarnishing may occur more quickly when exposed to perfume, salty air, sulfur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, or acidic skin pH. When not worn, pieces should be stored in zipper bags. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, washing hands or dishes, or engaging in sports activities. For cleaning, use a proper polishing cloth only. A jewelry set with gemstones is delicate by nature. Impact, accidental drops, pressure, or contact with hard surfaces may cause stones to loosen or fall out. Such damage is considered wear-related or accidental. Pieces with gemstones and patina finishes are more delicate and may be damaged by chemical solutions. Clean gently using warm soapy water, dry immediately, and polish carefully. Gold-plated items may naturally wear over time; avoid excessive polishing or friction. ✧ GUARANTEES & REPAIRS Each piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Issues related to craftsmanship must be reported within 14 days of delivery. After this period, any damage — including stone loss — is considered wear-related or accidental.
