As well as keeping my scrap metal and recycling them regularly, I source my recycled metal from a traditional local foundry located in the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul. For cleaning use a proper polishing cloth. Pieces with stones and patina are more fragile and can be damaged (removed) by solutions, clean those gently using warm soapy water and polishing cloth and pat dry immediately.
