Delivery Terms

All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Preparation and Production Times

Standard orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days, while made-to-order items are dispatched within 14 business days.

Production times for bespoke designs may vary depending on the design details, materials used and craftsmanship required. The estimated production time is communicated to the customer before the order is placed.

These timeframes cover production and preparation for dispatch; they do not include transit time after dispatch.

Delivery Within Türkiye

Orders within Türkiye are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so that you can track your shipment.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the delivery address and the carrier’s operating conditions.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or other suitable, reliable carriers, depending on the destination country and the nature of the order.

All international shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on the destination country, the shipping service used and customs procedures. Customs delays beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Customs Duties and Other Charges

For orders delivered outside Türkiye, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees and other local charges in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of ordering.

Shipments to the United States may be sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where the order and shipping conditions allow. If DDP applies, this will be indicated during the ordering process.
